Amesbury Truth Hardware 4-hole 13-¾ casement window track. The casement operator window track is mounted to the window sash, and the window operator's arm fits into the track.

The #30150 is an 13-3/4" long E-Gard coated steel track that is used with the 15 Series Single Arm Operators. (See page 7, figure 6 of the product specification documentation)

The Truth Hardware Casement Window Track is compatible with 13-1/2 inch long Surface Mount Casement Window Operators.
